By accessing LushLoom Guild, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Purchases
When you purchase a course, you receive a license for personal, non-commercial use while the course is offered. Taxes may apply. Prices may change.
4. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund if you have completed less than 20% of the course. Contact support with your order SKU to begin the process.
5. Acceptable use
- No unauthorized sharing of course materials.
- No harassment or abuse in community spaces.
- No attempts to breach or disrupt the service.
6. Intellectual property
Courses, text, and assets are owned by LushLoom Guild and its instructors. You may not copy or resell materials without explicit permission.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
